Can we install over ufh?
Yes, ufh is not a problem as long as the right adhesive product (high temp) is used and the correct application
Can we install over our tiled floor?
Yes, as the tiles are solid with no movement we can install our smoothing compound
How long until we can walk on the smoothing compound?
Smoothing compound dries at different rates depending on temperature within each property and substate material. We recommend allowing 4 hours dry time
How much height will be added to our subfloor?
approx. 5mm smoothing compound, 2.5mm LVT -concrete subfloor
5.5mm plywood, 5mm smoothing compound & 2.5mm LVT – timber floor
How long is our warranty?
ACG offer 2 year warranty on every install, this covers the install of the products. The products themselves have there own warranties and are the responsibility of the product company
Cleaning and maintenance
We do not recommend using any type of steam mop, this will damage your new floor. Other than steaming, cleaning is very easy to maintain. After completion you will be left with a maintenance kit, this includes cleaner, felt pads and maintenance instructions. We also recommend filming windows which receive a high level of sun rays.
